Our focaccia is a masterpiece of slow baking: dough fermented for 48 hours with autolysis for an alveolated and digestive crumb, topped with virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary and a touch of sea salt. Perfect to accompany soups, salads or enjoy on its own.

What makes it unique?

  • 🌿 Local ingredients : Guatemalan whole wheat flour, rye and fresh herbs from Antigua.

  • 🕒 Autolysis + slow fermentation : Fluffy texture and softer gluten (not suitable for celiacs).

  • 🫒 Premium olive oil : Crispy coating and Mediterranean aroma.

  • ⏱️ Baked to order : We only prepare 15 units daily to ensure freshness.
