Our whole wheat sourdough bread is a perfect balance between health and flavour: made with Guatemalan whole wheat flour, slowly fermented for 72 hours and subjected to autolysis for a fluffy and easy-to-digest crumb. Ideal for energetic breakfasts, to accompany soups or enjoy with avocado and egg.
