Our sourdough bread is a tribute to patience and traditional craftsmanship. Made with Guatemalan whole wheat flour, stone-ground rye and a slow 72-hour fermentation process, each piece develops a crispy crust and a flavorful alveolate crumb.

What makes it unique?
